1. Sponsor
The Pet Smile Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Veritas Veterinary Partners (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on February 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on February 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Contest Period:
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be submitted during the Contest Period to be eligible.

6. Winner Selection & Judging Criteria
One (1) winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
Judging will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee. All decisions are final.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a digital gift card valued at $100.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within approximately four (4) days of the Contest end date. If a winner does not respond within two (2) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their submitted content, pet’s name, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
11. Platform Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook. By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the Contest.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. Void where prohibited by law.
