Founded on excellence, fueled by collaboration

In 1994, Dr. Thomas Scavelli launched a bold idea: bring veterinary specialists together as one collaborative team. He founded Garden State Veterinary Specialists on the belief that pets receive better outcomes when experts work in sync.

The model’s success led to a network of six leading hospitals under GSVS—an innovation in advanced veterinary medicine—and the creation of Veritas Veterinary Partners to expand this approach nationwide.

Today, the Eatontown hospital houses one of the nation’s few veterinary linear accelerators, and the GSVS network continues to attract top veterinary talent.
