Trainee schedule
What to expect
- Your first few months: You'll work 5 days weekly, mostly daytime shifts where you'll connect with specialists and build your skills in a supportive environment
- A day in your VERVe life: Expect 10-hour clinical shifts that give you real-world experience without the stress of on-call duties while you're learning
- Grow your independence: After your 4-month mentorship, you'll enjoy a more balanced 3-4 day work week as you take on more cases independently
- Pave your career path: Join us for a 2-year journey at your home practice, with potential opportunities to relocate within our network after initial training
They go over every case with you, your thought process, which diagnostics you want to perform. I felt like I had the support I needed.
