Celebrating Team Appreciation Week
Team Appreciation Week is always a meaningful reminder of what makes Veritas special: our people. Across our hospitals, teammates took time to recognize one another, celebrate everyday wins and highlight the moments that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
Throughout the week, teammates shared appreciation for one another through our CIRCLE of Core Values magnet recognition. Each magnet featured one value from our CIRCLE, and teammates filled in the name of a colleague they felt embodies that value. Digital magnets were shared across teams, and physical magnets were proudly displayed throughout our hospitals. Each one was a reminder of the compassion, integrity, respect, leadership and evolution our teammates bring to work every day.
These messages of gratitude showcased the many ways our teams live out our core values, whether through supporting a colleague, delivering exceptional care or stepping up when it matters most.
