AVSG Internal Medicine, Emergency & Critical Care x Search Dog Foundation

The team at AVSG Internal Medicine, Emergency & Critical Care is proud to support the vital work of the Search Dog Foundation (SDF). During times of emergency deployment, AVSG helps prepare search and rescue dogs by completing health certificates and ensuring all medical requirements are in place so they are ready when they’re needed most.

The team also participates in mock deployment trainings alongside firefighters and SDF volunteers, gaining a deeper understanding of how these missions unfold in real time. Each canine receives a full exam to confirm they are healthy and prepared for the demands of the job. It’s meaningful work that allows us to support the dogs and teams who play such a critical role in rescue efforts.
